Need to change your order? Here is how our 12-hour window works.

The 12-Hour Window

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. Because every personalized retirement gift is custom-produced to order, our workshop starts preparing your layout shortly after this window closes.

How to request a change

If you spot a typo in the name, years of service, or need to adjust a shipping address, message us immediately with your order number and the correct details.

We will update your design file before it goes into production at our US facility.

After production begins

Once the 12-hour window has passed and production has started, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible, as the item already permanently carries the retiree's specific details.

If something arrives damaged or structurally incorrect, it is fully covered by our 30-day replacement policy. Check our Refund Policy for details.
