You are buying this for someone else, and you will not see it until it is already wrapped. Here is what we commit to.
Proofed before printing. Your details are checked against what you submitted, so a name never goes to press unread.
Inspected before packing. Anything with a flaw in the print is reprinted rather than shipped.
Made right if it still goes wrong. Send a photo and we reprint it or refund you in full. You keep the original and you pay nothing to return it.
What this does not cover: a name spelled wrong at checkout produces exactly the item that was ordered, so please read your details back before paying. Everything else is on us.
