Four steps. No design skills needed — you type the details, we handle everything else.

  1. Pick a design for their job

    Start with who's retiring. Each job has its own designs — a teacher's mug reads differently from a firefighter's glass, and the fields you fill in are different too.

    Then choose what it goes on: mug, tumbler, whiskey glass, cutting board. Sizes and options are listed on every product page.

  2. Type what goes on it

    This is the part that matters. Whatever you type is exactly what gets printed or engraved — spelling and capitalisation included.

    Some designs have a message field so a whole team can sign it. Keep those under 90 characters so the text stays readable at actual size.

  3. A real person checks it

    Before anything goes to press, someone on our team reads your spelling, spacing and layout. If a name looks misspelled or the text won't fit the space, we email you first.

    This takes 12–24 hours and it's the reason we don't offer same-day production. We'd rather ask than send you something wrong.

  4. Made and shipped from the USA

    Printed or engraved at our US facility, packed and dispatched from there. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — your piece didn't exist until you ordered it.

    You'll get a tracking link when it leaves.

Party on a fixed date? Order at least three weeks ahead, or message us with the date before you buy.

Printed or engraved?

Printed gives you full colour across the whole surface — good for designs with artwork, colour blocks or photos.

Engraved cuts into the material for a permanent single-tone mark that won't fade or wash off. Better for names, dates and short lines where you want it to last decades.

Each product page says which method it uses. Some pieces are available both ways.

Changed your mind about the wording?

Message us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll change it or cancel in full. After that production has usually started, and the piece already carries their name.

Anything that arrives damaged or printed wrong is covered for 30 days — free replacement or refund, and you never ship it back. Details on Returns & Refunds.
