Will my personalization look exactly like the preview?
Yes. Before anything is made, a real person reviews your details and spelling. If something looks off — a name misspelled, text that won't fit — we email you first. Your order is never made blind.
I made a typo — can I change it after ordering?
Email support@sipengrave.com as soon as you can and we'll update it before production. Because every piece carries one specific person's details, we can't change it once production has started.
Will it arrive before the retirement party?
Most orders arrive within 6–15 business days, production included. If the party has a fixed date, order at least three weeks ahead — or email us the date before you buy and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.
How long until I get my drinkware?
Roughly 12–24 hours for us to proof your details, 2–5 business days to make it, then 4–10 business days in transit with tracking — 6–15 business days in total. Full details on our Shipping page.
Can the whole team sign it?
On designs with a message field, yes — add a short note from the group and sign it with a team or shift name. Keep it under 90 characters so the text stays readable at actual size.
How do I care for it? Will the design fade?
Engraved pieces (whiskey glasses, tumblers, cutting boards, journals) are cut into the material, so the design never fades or washes off.

Printed pieces (ceramic mugs) use a full-colour, edge-to-edge print made to last. Ceramic mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe; hand washing keeps the colour sharpest over the years.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
