This is a felt-topped mat, not a coir brush mat. It is made for light-duty use — a covered porch, a back door, an entryway, a sunroom. It is not built for an uncovered step that takes rain and full sun all season. If that is your doorway, this is not your mat and we would rather say so now.

Made to order. Printing starts once you approve your proof and takes 1 to 3 business days, then US delivery usually runs about 6 days. Order by October 18 to have it down before Halloween. After that date we cannot promise it arrives in time, and we would rather be honest than take the order.

Damaged, misprinted, or a name spelled differently from the proof you approved — send a photo and we remake it at no cost. Because each mat is made for one dog, we cannot take returns for a change of mind or for a name you approved and later wanted different.
