  3. Check your photo and spelling carefully before placing your order.

Design note: The embossed appearance is an effect within the printed illustration. The tumbler's exterior is smooth. The mockups show Daisy as a sample; your finished artwork will feature your dog.

Damaged or printed wrong? Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. No need to send it back.

Made a typo? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before production starts.

Change of mind? Each piece is made to order with a name on it, so we can't resell it. Personalized orders can't be returned once production has started.

Inspected before packing. Anything with a flaw in the print is reprinted rather than shipped.

Made right if it still goes wrong. Send a photo and we reprint it or refund you in full. You keep the original and you pay nothing to return it.

What this does not cover: a name spelled wrong at checkout produces exactly the item that was ordered, so please read your details back before paying. Everything else is on us.
