Please read before you buy

This is a felt-topped mat, not a coir brush mat. It is made for light-duty use — a covered porch, a back door, an entryway, a sunroom. It is not built for an uncovered step that takes snow, rain and salt all winter. If that is your doorway, this is not your mat and we would rather say so now.

Made to order, and December post is slower than the rest of the year. Printing starts once you approve your proof and takes 1 to 3 business days, then US delivery usually runs about 6 days. Order by December 8 to have it under the tree. After that date we cannot promise it arrives in time, and we would rather be honest than take the order.

If something is wrong

Damaged, misprinted, or a name spelled differently from the proof you approved — send a photo and we remake it at no cost. Because each mat is made for one dog, we cannot take returns for a change of mind or for a name you approved and later wanted different.
