No photo needed. This mug is built from our own hand-drawn dachshund artwork, not from a picture of your dog. You choose the coat, the outfit and the name — we print it.

How to personalize

  • Choose the coat. Twelve to pick from, so the dog on the mug is the dog you actually have.
    • Smooth — black & tan, red, chocolate & tan, black & tan dapple, chocolate & tan dapple, black & tan piebald
    • Longhaired — black & tan, red, cream, chocolate & tan, black & cream, black & tan dapple
  • Choose the outfit. Dress him up, or leave him exactly as he is.
  • Add the name. Type it the way you want it printed. It sits above the portrait in the script shown.
  • Pick the background. Cream stripe, grey stripe or red gingham. Leave it blank and we choose the one that suits the coat you picked.

If something is wrong

If your mug arrives damaged, or the coat, outfit or name is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days and we will remake it or refund you. Because each mug is printed with the choices you made, we cannot resell it, so personalized orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns — but anything that is our mistake, we fix.

Damaged or printed wrong? Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. No need to send it back.

Made a typo? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before production starts.

Change of mind? Each piece is made to order with a name on it, so we can't resell it. Personalized orders can't be returned once production has started.

Proofed before printing. Your details are checked against what you submitted, so a name never goes to press unread.

Inspected before packing. Anything with a flaw in the print is reprinted rather than shipped.

Made right if it still goes wrong. Send a photo and we reprint it or refund you in full. You keep the original and you pay nothing to return it.

What this does not cover: a name spelled wrong at checkout produces exactly the item that was ordered, so please read your details back before paying. Everything else is on us.
