This is your dog's own photo, not a drawing. Nothing is redrawn or illustrated. What you upload is what goes on the mug: the background removed, the frame and the name added around it. If you would rather choose a ready-made dachshund illustration than send a photo, we make a version of this mug for that too.

How to personalize

• Upload one photo. Clear, well lit, your dog facing the camera, one dog per mug. A phone photo is fine — good light matters more than a good camera.
• Add the name. Type it the way you want it printed. It sits above the portrait in the script shown.
• Pick the background. Cream stripe, grey stripe or red gingham. Leave it blank and we choose the one that suits your dog's coat.

If anything about your photo needs a second look, we email you a digital proof before we print.

If something is wrong

If your mug arrives damaged or the print does not match the proof, email us a photo within 30 days and we will remake it or refund you. Because each mug is printed with your own photo and your dog's name, we cannot resell it, so personalized orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns — but anything that is our mistake, we fix.
